Eating with Your Eyes

The Cauldron Ice Cream parlor in Santa Ana, California has been serving edible liquid nitrogen ice cream flowers for over two years now. The recent addition of “puffle cones,” a type of eggy waffle cone first popularized in Hong Kong, however, has made these confectionery masterpieces a viral sensation on Instagram.

What’s most unique about this is that the flavors and toppings change monthly, thus posing a wide variety of ice cream designs to create and share online!
