Vogue tries (and fails) to celebrate cultural diversity

The upcoming cover of Vogue features several top models, picked because they are supposed to celebrate diversity. But then, in the shoots inside, Karlie Kloss is dressed as a giesha… I find it baffling how such a prominent brand running a diversity issue could mess up something as simple as dressing up a white woman in traditional Japanese apparel. The spreads are cool, but the message is wrong.
