Video Art in a Mexican Steakhouse

Over Spring Break, I was in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico at one of my favorite restaurants of all time. One of the main reasons was that, on the flatscreen TVs placed all around the restaurant, there was not a single sports game on. It was all videos of incredible art pieces that fit the tempo of the music being played. One was the slow morphing of a chameleon into two humans. These were absolutely captivating pieces, and a very interesting use of video at a restaurant.
