A Sea of Green on St. Patrick’s Day

I have always found it very interesting how people all over the world have completely adopted the St. Patrick’s Day holiday despite having no real connection to it and really knowing what it means. In either case, I find the sea of green that you can see in crowds that day very visually appealing, as people otherwise rarely wear green or coordinate their outfits with a whole crowd of strangers.
