A Divider Bringing People Together

On March 25th, The Metropolitan Museum of Art will be organizing a recreation of Brazilian artist Lygia Pape’s Divisor (Divider). 

The original performance was held in the streets of Rio in 1968 and the recreation will coincide with the opening of  Lygia Pape: A Multitude of Forms at the Met Breuer.
