Pennsylvania-based artist Suzanne Proulx sees so much more in the small pieces of dust found behind couches and in the back of the closet. For years Ms. Proulx has used the dust she found to create unique self-portraits and, more recently, to sculpt the animals for which they are named.
Commissioned by Febreze Air Purifiers to make these 40-pound sculptures, Suzanne’s dust-based bunnies have taken the internet by storm. (Each specifically weighs 40 pounds, since that’s the estimated amount of dust that each American collects in their home each year).
