Alexander Calder

I recently learned about an artists named Alexander Calder, and I thought his story and artwork was really interesting. He started off as an engineer studying mechanical engineering and applied kinetics, and he then became an artist. Because of his background in engineering and mechanics, he ended up making some really interesting physical structures, especially large outdoor sculptures and balanced mobiles that respond to touch or air currents.
